Shipping policy

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout or for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer must cover the reshipping fee of $5. This fee is strictly for shipping costs, as we do not receive any discounts from USPS.

Additionally:

• All orders take 1-3 business days to process and ship. This does not include weekends or the additional shipping time required by USPS.
